The perks

Senior rates, wherever you are: We pay European senior engineering rates regardless of your location.
4-day work weeks in July & August: Two months of 32-hour weeks. Non-negotiable, every summer.
€3,000 / year for learning: Conferences, books, courses, coaching. No receipts required under €300.
Quarterly in-person weeks: Everyone in Marrakech once a quarter — flights and rooftop dinners on us.
Real equipment: M-series MacBook Pro, 4K display, Herman Miller chair, noise-cancelling headphones.
Serious health coverage: Private plan that works in France, Germany, and the UK too.
