Who we are
Codestika SARL is a limited company registered in Marrakech, Morocco, RC 123456. Our registered address is Rue de la Liberté, Gueliz, Marrakech 40000.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect: your name, company, email, phone number (if provided), and whatever you type into the message field. When you browse, we collect anonymous analytics (page, referrer, country, device type) via self-hosted Plausible — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry and to understand which parts of this site people find useful. That is the entire list.
How long we keep it
Inquiry data: 24 months from our last exchange, then deleted. Analytics data: 12 months, then aggregated.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS (eu-west-3, Paris) and our email runs on Fastmail — both are processors acting on our instructions under a signed DPA.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Morocco's Law 09-08, you can access, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@codestika.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets zero tracking cookies. It may set a session cookie while you use the contact form; that cookie is deleted when you close the tab.
Updates
We will post any material change to this policy here and date the revision. This version is effective from January 1, 2026.
