How we work

From idea to production, in four phases.

Every Codestika engagement follows the same rhythm — a repeatable method that removes guesswork and keeps you informed at every stage.

  1. Discover

A week of workshops, user interviews, and technical audit. You get a written strategy; we align on scope before anyone writes code.

  2. Design

Wireframes to hi-fi Figma to clickable prototype. We validate with real users before writing production code.

  3. Build

Two-week sprints, shipped Fridays. Staging env day one, CI/CD from the first PR. You see progress every week, not at the end.

  4. Launch & scale

Production monitoring, on-call, iteration. Hand over the keys or stay embedded — your call. Post-launch optimization against day-one goals.

Client voices

Loved by founders who ship.

  • Codestika rebuilt our booking flow and doubled completions within six weeks. Their engineering rigour is rare in an agency — they flagged problems we hadn't spotted and fixed them without being asked.

    Sophie M.

Head of Product, Travel tech startup, Amsterdam

  • Pragmatic, fast, and extremely good at the engineering fundamentals. Exactly the kind of partner a small founding team needs — they tell you what's wrong with your plan before you pay to find out the hard way.

    Karim A.

Founder & CEO, Fintech startup, Paris

  • The team shipped in small, reviewable chunks and flagged risk early. We went from unclear requirements to a working MVP in two months — and the architecture they chose is still serving us three years later.

    Thomas R.

Chief Technology Officer, B2B SaaS, London

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Most of what teams ask us before kicking off a project. Something missing? Book a call and we will answer it directly.

  • Where is Codestika based, and do you work with clients abroad?
Codestika is based in Marrakech, Morocco. We work with teams across Europe, the USA, and North Africa. Most engagements run fully remote with synchronous overlap in either European or US East Coast business hours.
  • What technologies do you specialize in?
Our core stack is Symfony and PHP on the back end; Astro, Next.js, TypeScript, and Vue on the front end; Flutter and React Native on mobile; and AWS or GCP for cloud and DevOps. We pick the stack that fits the problem — not the other way around.
  • How long does a typical engagement take?
Most product MVPs ship in 8 to 14 weeks. Marketing sites land in 4 to 6 weeks. Larger platform work runs 3 to 6 months with weekly reviewable releases. We propose a concrete timeline after the discovery phase, not before.
  • Do you handle design as well as engineering?
Yes. Design and engineering sit on the same team from day one. We can also pair with an in-house design team if you already have one — every engagement includes a design lead and an engineering lead, aligned from discovery through launch.
  • How do you price projects?
We scope a fixed-price envelope per phase (discovery, design, build, launch) and hold ourselves to it. Time-and-materials is available for longer partnerships once we have shared context. Pricing and timeline are always shared before anything is signed.
