Questions we hear a lot.

The ones that come up every time we scope a new engagement. If yours is not here, book a call and we will answer it directly.

  • How do you estimate a fixed-price build?
    One week of paid discovery. At the end of that week you get a scoped proposal with a fixed price and a timeline, and a walk-away clause. You only continue if the numbers make sense.
  • Who owns the IP and the code?
    You do — 100%. On launch day we hand over the repo, the infrastructure keys, and the runbook. Nothing is held back, nothing is licensed to us.
  • Do you charge for calls before we sign?
    No. The first two intro calls and the written response are free. We only bill once you approve the paid discovery or sign a build contract.
  • What if we go over scope mid-project?
    We flag it within the sprint it came up, scope the change, and you either approve it, defer it, or drop it. We never push silent over-runs.
  • Can we hire your engineers after the engagement?
    If they want to go, yes. We don't hold anyone hostage. We ask for a reasonable notice period so we can finish open work cleanly.
